Tom Ceusters
Director, Treasury Capital Markets and Investments International Finance Corporation (IFC), a member of the World Bank GroupTom Ceusters is the Director of Treasury Capital Markets and Investments at the International Finance Corporation (IFC), a member of the World Bank Group and the largest global development institution focused on the private sector.
In his role, Mr. Ceusters represents IFC as a premier AAA rated issuer/investor in the global financial markets. He develops, implements and executes the funding, cash and liquid asset management strategy, ensuring cost efficiency and returns commensurate with IFC’s triple-A credit ratings.
Mr. Ceusters is also in charge of IFC Treasury’s capital markets advisory which includes overseeing 2 capital markets postgraduate programs for EM regulators (IFC-Milken Institute at Georgetown University and IFC-Paris Europlace at Paris-Dauphine PSL University) and technical assistance to select countries on developing their derivatives and money markets.
Lastly, Mr. Ceusters oversees the Secretariat of the Joint Capital Markets Program (“J-CAP”). J-CAP is a priority World Bank and IFC effort to develop local capital markets, via reforms and investments, across 10 countries and one sub-region, which is being expanded to more countries.
Before joining IFC Mr. Ceusters was Managing Director Head of Assets, Funding & Markets at Dexia New York. During his 21-year tenure at Dexia, he evolved from being a very specialized derivatives trader to an all-around capital markets and portfolio manager.

Head of Cloud, Technology and Services Marketing MurexArnaud de Chavagnac is responsible for Product Marketing of Cloud, Technology Solutions and Services at Murex.
By heading the marketing of Murex’s CICD offerings, Arnaud is in continuous contact with the Murex engineering and consultant teams, customers and System Integrators. His role includes analysis of how CICD adoption for Front to Back to Risk systems, such as Murex’s MX.3 platform, improves quality and productivity for all parties.
Arnaud has 25 years’ experience with software firms serving the Capital Markets. During the last 13 years at Murex, he has held several senior positions in partnership management and business development. Before joining Murex, Arnaud worked at Sybase and IBM. Elias Eddé
Chief Executive Officer MurexElias Eddé is chief executive officer of Murex, as well as a company co-founder. His passion for capital markets and cutting-edge technology has long shaped Murex. Elias’ focus on innovation helps Murex deliver award-winning solutions to financial institutions around the world. His vision and expertise have been instrumental in crafting the company's software platform, MX.3, and related managed services.
Since 2011, Elias has led Murex’s people agenda, convinced that the company’s strength lies in its collaborators. In 2016, Elias steered Murex toward a new era of growth. Through his leadership, the company embraced efficiency and adaptability, centering on performance and setting the stage for scalable expansion. Elias took on the role of co-CEO alongside his brother Maroun several years ago, and become sole CEO of Murex in 2024.
Elias is a graduate of the French engineering and sciences university CentraleSupélec.

Maroun Eddé
President and Executive Chairman of the Board MurexMaroun Eddé is president and executive chairman of the board at Murex, after a successful tenure as CEO. Under his leadership, Murex has fostered a culture of innovation, propelling the company to the forefront of the capital markets industry. Maroun's strategic vision has driven Murex to pioneer cutting-edge platforms, integrating robust enterprise technology with comprehensive functionality in processing, trading and risk management.
In 1986, Maroun started his career at Banque Indosuez, an institution which was then at the forefront of the development of global derivatives markets. Within three years, he created and developed the interest rate options desk, which became a leading market maker. Following this, he set up the R&D division for capital markets within the bank. Throughout this time, Maroun was also president of the association of options traders in Paris, and as such, he participated in market initiatives to develop and formalize market infrastructures. Maroun’s journey with Murex began in 1991.
Maroun's academic credentials include a master's degree in mathematics and physics from Ecole Polytechnique in Paris, followed by an MBA in finance from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.

Alain Samaha
Co-Head of Client Services, EMEA MurexAlain is the regional co-head for EMEA, where he oversees client management and business evolution activities.
Alain has been with Murex for 24 years and has a wealth of experience. He has previously held roles in market development for Middle-East, Africa, Greece and Turkey as well as driving the Murex SaaS evolution in addition to working in the Product Division, Software Engineering and was Head of Quality Assurance.
Prior to joining the Murex team Alain graduated with a masters in Electrical and Mechanical engineering from Université Saint Joseph, Beirut.
When not working Alain enjoys spending time with the family, reading and practicing outdoor activities.

Dick van Driel
Domain Expert Strategy & Business Development ABN AMRODick is a passionate Domain Expert working in strategy and business development in Global Markets at ABN AMRO Bank N.V., focusing on post-trade infrastructure and product management.
Dick successfully implemented Murex MX.3, managed various Treasury projects, and led the CLS implementation at ABN AMRO, enhancing risk management, product capabilities, and operational efficiency. Over the last 2 years he has been involved in tokenization and exploring new and efficient ways to optimize the value chain.
Dick is passionate about post-trade, market infrastructures and innovation. Besides his professional life, Dick enjoys family life and likes many sports.
