Our four-step process

Step 1: Explore & apply

Search for jobs at Murex and discover your perfect role. Already found it? Congratulations! Click on “Apply” and you'll be asked to create an account or to sign in if you already have one.
Next, upload your CV and cover letter. You can save these details for later use with every application you submit to us. Finally, you can track your application through our candidate portal every step of the way. We'll do our best to let you know our decision as soon as we can.

Step 2: Online testing

Depending on the role you’ve applied for, you'll be tested on mathematics, finance, and / or IT. In some countries, we may also ask to assess your language skills. These tests really help us to understand your potential and learn where your strengths lie. They are all conducted online on either HackerRank or Mettl, and there are three types of tests depending on the position you’re applying for.
These tests are challenging (they were designed to be), but they're your chance to show us how your mind really works—so do your best and show us what you've got!

Step 3: Interviewing with Murex

To make sure we're the right choice for you, as much as you're the right choice for us, we’ll be inviting you to join us for interviews. We'll be in touch to arrange the details, but your first interview will cover basic information about you and the job through an easygoing chat. Once you get through the first round, there are generally one or more interviews (depending on the role) where we'll ask about your work experience, discuss our culture to give you an idea of what it's really like to work at Murex, and introduce you to the team, sharing some of the key skills needed to succeed in your new job.

Step 4: Decision

Every application we receive is important to us. We will carefully review yours to assess how your skills and experience would complement the roles we're looking to fill. You can check back into our candidate portal for updates on the progress of your application.

Dress code
